Running/Biking in Santo Domingo

I will be visiting, and possibly moving to, Santo Domingo shortly. I am an avid runner and bike rider, and was wondering if there are any running and/or cycling groups or clubs in the area.
I can't find anything via the usual net searches. Any guidance would be appreciated.
