I Was Just Wondering If Anyone Knew Of Any Aerobics Classes In The Dr Other Than In The Resort...

I Mean For The Locals And For People Living In The Dr Mainly The North?

Do You Think And Aerobics Teacher Would Get Much Work Out In The Dr...

If Anyone Knows Please Let Me Know

The Gym in Sosua has aerobic classes 3 or 4 times a week..For gymmembers only, of course.

Same in Puerto Plata, at a few gyms in the center, also many locals/gringos go to Playa Naco in Playa Dorada.

Some hotels in Playa Dorada for example have aerobics for their guests, it is handled by the entertainment team and the team working in the gym of the hotels.
These are local English speaking employees.
