I am kind of new to this site, at least in posting. Been to the RD about 10 times now. Last time I was down there I bought some property. I worked with Francisco Caonabo, he has been very trustworthy and turned into a good friend. I've read many threads, of people that are afraid to buy property or to work with Dominicans. I just wanted to drop a line and let you know that I seem to have been very lucky in finding Francisco. He has taking care of finding me villas to stay at, renting cars and he even helped me tremediously, when I was involued in a car accident. Here is his website, if you should have any questions or need help. He works out of the Puerto Plata area, but I think can help anywhere in the DR. He is an attorney. If any others have found other great contacts, please add them to this thread. I would love to see a great contact list of people that we can all depend on.
