I have sort of a strange question -- I am booked on a trip to go to Punta Cana for a much needed relaxing week on the beach. Only problem is that the weather forecast is for rain every single day I will be there. I realize that none of you can predict the weather, but I am wondering if this is a typical forecast for May and if it usually means it will rain all day long or just "island showers" I am going from Monday (5/16) to Friday (5/20) and might be able to cancel or postpone my trip if necessary. Anyone down there now or understand the weather more specifically in Punta Cana?? I would greatly appreciate your input!
