I have a question regarding land costs:

How much is the m^2 (metro cuadrado) with waterfront accessibility on private landgoing for in Samana?

First and foremost: Thanks Robert for the info.

To deeboram: There is a minimum purchase of 20,000 m^2 AREA.
The per m^2 COST varies from $5-$50 per m^2 depending on location
That's $100,000 (mountains) to $2,500,000 (beach front).
Depending on what you are getting (and what you are looking for) it might be reasonable.

You are right. I didn't catch that the person listed the prices in units of per acre. Thanks for the correction.
