I can't think of any place on the beach in Sosua, except possibly the public beach, that doesn't look much too exposed to make a good marina. When those cold fronts drop down from the north in the winter, or when a hurricane is offshore, the waves are big and powerful.
But then, I haven't inspected every inch of beach, so there may be a protected area that I haven't seen.
