Embassies of DR

I would like to travel to DR, but I do not know, if I need a visum - I am from Russia, but I live in the Czech Republic and no one is able to tell me, if there is some embassy of DR in Prague or in Central Europe. Or can I buy the visum in the airport? Thank you for any information.

If you are a Russian citizen, you only need to purchase a US$10 to enter the DR. You will need a valid Russian passport. You can purchase the tourist card upon entry to the DR. You should have a pen and exact change on hand. Below, a link to the Ministry of Foreign Relations web page.
