Better than living in Antarctica. You might want to tweak out a little of the vagueness of the question.

Where in Sancri? or is that what you are looking for...

Madre Vieja is where most people that have some money are moving to. there are some apartments being built (or recently finished) by El Hipermercado Ole that are going for about 1,900,000 right now. You can also find some houses in Las Arecas and Sante for good prices still. There are some lots that are going for sale - people bought them years ago before the town started to boom and are now just sitting there. Since the place is becoming popular, prices are on the rise.

You can also look into the apartments in La Fortaleza. These were built about 5 years ago. they are going for about $1,000,000 +/- but they can be rented out for about $7,000 a month. These are usually 3 bedrooms, one service room, 2 baths, and the usual (kitchen, living, small galeria) - All is accented with Caoba (what is Caoba in English anyway??). These are a good deal, near the market, but just enough distance not to bother you. They are also sorrounded by a security wall (it used to be a real fortaleza as you may recall).

There are some nice apts en la Puerta de La Hacienda, Cambita is nice, Villa Valde is not that bad and even El Cerro is selling well.

Let me know if you need more ideas...
