we just have created a NGO/ONG in santo domingo , now we are beggining the set up, and need to purchase a car, I know that a ONG can import a car without paying taxes, but does it have any restrictions? I would not like to spend some funds importing a car and knowing later some "details" , any help appreciated, thanks
