can anyone tell me what this is? A huellero, someone who ties the huelle? what is this?

Mi amor, huellero comes from the root word "huella", which means footprint or -like I'm opting to think in this case- fingerprint. Huellero would be the small cushion used to ink your finger so that you can leave your fingerprint somewhere.

Bueyero

The word is "bueyero". It comes from the root work "buey", which means ox. So a bueyero is someone that takes care of oxex. Plain and simple.
