Mostely i travell in June or Sep to POP and weather is always great
Now i want to go late February?
Does someone knows how chilly evenings are?
Can i just wear a top like in June or do i need a jacket?

The evenings in Jan / Feb can get a little chilly. OF course it depends what you are doing and who with!!! LOL

Bring a light sweater or jacket. But of course bring all the sexy little tops too.
