To all:

Does anyone know of any polo associations in D.R.? By 'polo' I mean equine polo.

Also, any information regarding where to purchase a thoroughbred horse is much appreciated.

What kind of horse are you looking for? I know a guy that sells horses in Santo Domingo. Let me know if you want his number.

Try contacting Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana. The have polo matches there.

An American/Argentine Thoroughbred or a Thoroughbred crossed with a warm blood (i.e. Connemara, Quarterhorse, etc)

they also play polo near Playa Dorada (Puerto Plata on the north coast) on Sunday afternoons. if you PM me I can give you email address of contact person.
