You'll probably get more answers if you post your question in the Spanish 101 forum.

Good point. Hmmmmm, do they move threads? I'd rather not duplicate and clutter.

From what I've seen:
Rib steak= grillado
Rib Eye= Delmonico
T-Bone= T-bone
At least that is what the butcher at Supermercado Messon calls them.

Here's what I have from my studies

Beef

filete/ filet
entrecote/boneless rib steak
solomillo/sirloin
biftec/steak
rosbif/roast beef
chuletas de res/prime ribs
churrasco/charcoal-grilled meat
alb?ndigas/meat balls
salpic?n/meat loaf
h?gado/liver
lengua/tongue

Not sure what ground beef is called in order to make the meatballs and meat loaf.

I go to the German butcher in Sosua. He speaks English among other languages.

However, much like the guy that ran the Soup Counter in the famous Seinfeld episode the German butcher tends to just tell me what I want. I smile, nod, and go happily away with my dinner and usually a couple free sausages.
