Buying a property in the North Coast

I am planning to purchase an appartment in the North Coast but I found that the prices are in US$. I am canadian and I would like to purchase a property in Pesos. Is it possible ? Any suggestion about good buy around $ 300,000 pesos ?

Dear Bob, I tried contacting you directly with no success. I work in real estate and have sold 2 condos in recent weeks for less than that amount. On with terms of payment for 18 months. There are deals out there you must be willing to make a couple of offers and see what you can come up with. Lynne
