What's the easiest way, when leaving a message over the phone, to say that I will call back at a certain time.

ex: I will call back at 9:30pm tonight

In the DR, it's common to say something like: "Te devuelvo [la llamada] a las 9:30 de la noche". You can also say: "Te llamar? otra vez a las 9:30 de la noche"
