Read with interest the govt new residence offer for people with government or investment pensions sounded pretty good until I thought maybe this is a new scame to tax expats on their pensions? Will be careful on this one

that would not make any business sense it would be very counterproductive the pres wants to attract retirees especially from the states

He really doesn't have to tax the pensions. He is already taxing 21% ITBIS when you spend it here.
