On charter flights to POP, USA 3000 serves regular flights to Punta cana and La romana more than 23 flights a week.

I have flown them from Detroit to Tampa on scheduled flights, they are an excellent airline, I see Detroit is on the DR itinerary, now that is worth checking into for us.
