well i have been down for 5 days now. i am in an internet cafe here in puerto plata.
i was told last thursday by verizon that they would send a technician to my office to sort out my problem. didnt happen
i was told this morning that it is a much larger problem and that they are working on it.
i really dont believe anything they say to me anymore. unfortunately there really isnt much other choice.
