about who in Latin America has the best customs procedures - I do not know why the DR rates so high here... (unfortunate headline in this one!)

Really good!!!!!!!!

These articles are really good and interesting! If it wasn't for four years of no agenda goverment would be better. The DR has many thing to offer and one of this is it's people whom wants to grow up with every minute.
