I was wondering what pickups to get for good slap pop sound? I like the current bass i have cept the pickups and bridge are el cheapo. i want something with a Primus sound. Flea sounds good to, and what does Stu Hamm use that can be tapped so well like that? Doesn't sound good on my fretted bass.

That message was for Mr.Mike. He said it had nothin to do with this site. I've come to the wrong place. I typed in that same question on yahoo search, and it brought me to this site. I signed up and posted my question, and found out rather harshly what the dr1 stands for. Sorry for the inconvenience.
