looking for a song title

it's a dance track. it sounds sort of like the song remember by summer love. it's the same beat but instead of a person singing the words. it's just a whistle blowing. they played this song alot at the clubs in sosua when i was there in sept and again in november. If anyone knows the title and artist i would be greatful.
