i just called them today and talked to mario.

it seems like EVERYONE in the DR is slow with returning emails.....but be patient. Costalunga is a decent place.

It's rare that Mario will return an email. Your best bet is just to call or send a fax (and then follow-up with a call).

Hear hear, Ed is dead right. A fax is a very good idea (in Spanish of course), then call the pequeno manager and confirm.
