Artificial island?s Dominican partners abandon ship

I just read over at dominican today that engineers Eulogio Santaella and Danilo Arzeno, and the architects Pedro J. Borrell and Gustavo More have pulled out of the project. Santella has also pulled out of Promoter Santo Domingo Re-Development, Ltd a firm that sponsors the island. The story also states that he was one of the most outspoken people of the project.

I guess this is good news for everyone!
