Mandatory and paid holidays

If the employee is scheduled to work on the holiday, he gets paid for it. If employee is scheduled to work on holiday he must given a choice of either increase of 100% of salary or compensatory time off. This year Christmas and New Years fall on Sunday. If they don't work Sundays, no holiday pay this year.
