When i lived in Port-au-Prince there were a number of 'neighborhoods' up the mountain so to speak where the breezes blew a little cooler at night. Are there any such neighbohoods in Santiago? I remember travelling the road to Camp David but do not recall if there was much residential or not??? Anyway, if such neighborhoods exist, are homes generally more expensive to rent due to the location? Would these homes be to 'out of the way' of grocery stores ect.? Just curious, thanks for your comments.
