Wondering if anyone knows whether the Congress passed the comprehensive Ley Monetaria y Financiera (part of the IMF's structural performance criteria), which was pending toward the end of 2005?
The MFL was passed in 2002 but a revised version was supposed to have been submitted to Congress at the end of Nov 2005. Just don't know if Congress moved on it, but kind of doubt it.
