OK, Leonel, you got rid of the limitations on gas stations hours for selling gas. How about allowing the banks to go back to normal hours, closing at 6 p.m.??????
And p.s. - if you geniuses REALLY wanted to save gasoline /fuel , how come none of you thought of passing out free new air filters to all the cars? Anyone who has been here for very long realizes that to the majority of dominicanos, the idea of "maintenance"' means you'd better do something just AFTER your car dies along the roadway.
Most vehicles here in the DR are still using the "original equipment" air filter that came with the car when they bought it. DUHHH. (and if you don't believe me, stop the next 10 coming by and check it for yourselves).
