It sounds like you want your picture to appear by your username every time you make a post. I believe that's called an avatar. This site doesn't support avatars.

If I am wrong and you were asking about putting your picture in the media gallery, then do as Keith and Anna have suggested.

If in fact you were just questioning about adding pictures to a post, your will need to put your picture on a server and then use the "Insert Image" feature to point to the url where the picture is stored. I've stored this image on www.tinypic.com, a free service
