NO not at all. I have a well established collection of my own. I know that ou can bring 200 ciggerettes ( 1 carton ) with but couldnt find anything reguarding cigars.
We have been to Bahammas and Jamacia and I never had a problem but did not know about the DR.
I have headr some people say that if you get searched going in, the agent has to believe you can smoke that much and not for distabution or sale. It will be a great vacation , I hope. Cigars on the beach day and night.
