Default Residency Attorney In Santiago...I'm getting in deeper

I have been approached by several people claiming to be able to get me my residency with ease. They are not attorneys. Should I be doing this through an attorney who specializes in this kind of thing...and if so...who do you know in Santiago that can do this for me?

Do not do it. Stick with a reputable attorney. A lot of people have gotten speedy residency at a special price, only to find when they went to renew their residency that it was not legitimate and they had to start all over again.

Why use anyone else? Even though their nearest office is in Sosua, I would still use them:

I have an excellent lawyer in Santo Domingo who has done lots of recidencies for me and other friends. She is very helpful for everything. If you don't have a car, she picks you up at the terminal of Caribe Tours and goes with you for to all places for your residence. Her prices are low also. The only thing is that she speaks very little English....
