small busines idea in santiago

im thinking of starting a small business in santiago does anyone know the price of land in or around the city. and are there any special permits needed to start a business where i would be selling beer and alcohol just with a twist (nothing illegal btw). any special requirements???

yea thats what everyone keeps telling me i still have to spend a few weeks or months in santiago to do some scouting. not exactly hooters something different. i was thinking something along the lines of ahi-bar but with a different twist to it. if it succeeds then i guess you guys will hear about it here.
