I would like to get some information on beachfront properties in Miches for long term investments. Oh and BTW Carlos, there are much better places for yola departures than Miches...I'm sure somebody would be glad to sell you a one way ticket, and with all those brilliant marketing ideas you might even get a free ride!

I've been interested in the area west of Miches for a while. Bahia de la Jina, etc. I've only seen that area from the crest of the road to Las Terrenas, looks lush and green. Sorry didn't meen to poach your thread. Also is there a ferry from around Samana to Punta El Negro.

Big developers have been buying up huge chunks of land in and around Miches for the past few years, you better be quick!
