Good and Cheap Hotel and Restaurant SD

Hi, I will be meeting my girlfriend in Santo Domingo on the 1st friday of March late at night at the airport, we should be out of there by about 10:30pm or so, can anyone reccomend a good cheap Dominican restaurant near Las Americas Int Airport in SD and also a cheap but comfortable hotel, motel that is likely to have rooms available on a friday night. Thanks

What is cheap? For that matter how good is good? For the easiest and cheapest rooms near the airport you can go to Boca Chica, 10 km, good tourist hotels, $35-$40.

You can always go and find a cabana if its only for the night. You can get food and drink at those places as well. I'm not too familiar with those in Santo Domingo so perhaps someone else can recommend some for you.
