What is your oppinion on store rental/lease in either Sosua or Santiago or Santo Domingo?
Is it less expensive the further "south" you go? And would the level of pricing for goods differ much selling to non-tourist based customers?
The Sosua area may have higher rent-don't know-but I feel that you may be able to charge more say for a computer outlet/store.
Compared to Santiago or Santo Domingo where rent may be less but you may have to charge less for service or product.
Any thoughts?
