Herrera closing : true or false ?

Just been told that the city airport "Herrera" is closing at the end of the month, it's been closing for sometime now, but is this really it ???

well, They have a deadline of the end of February to move out from Herrera to the new La Isabella International Airport (Joaquin Balaguer Intern. Airport), but it is a work in process.
