OK, let me stop stirring the pot over in the pitbull area lest I get one sent after me. 
Here is a pretty good concept and would wonder what the operating cost of one of these machines would be on a monthly basis and if the resultant output would be enough for a viable business. Not talking specifically to the DR here, though there are some applications that might be worthwhile. I could imagine one of these maybe hooked up to a wind machine or solar cell as a power source.
