train construction

I just got back from the DR and have to say I am very impressed with the train construction project. I was last in Santo Domingo in Sept and could not believe all the work that has been done since. It appears that the work is being done 24 hours a day. This is based on the odd hours I would make my way home and see that there always appeared to be people working. There are over 100 concrete pillers constructed from Villa Mella going toward the Capital. I guess this President means buisness. There is a hell of alot of buisness being generated because of this project. Hopefully this will not be one of the many failed projects that happens so often in the DR. Just my two pesos.
