Maybe not particularly original but 12 or 24 red roses are forever a welcome gift plus a mealout with champagne or at least wine at a lovely restaurant.

That's kind of classic I know but it is so wonderful when that happens.

But it depends on whatyour lady is like, you should know what sheenjoys doing, would she prefer a strawberry and bubbly picnic near a river, or maybe she'd appreciate your company just shopping for a day hehehehehe....

Certainly we would need to know more about your girl before anyone can hazard a guess asto what she would appreciate the most.

Hope it goes well!!

xx

Where do you live? For example, here in Atlanta we have a lot of good spas. She would appreciate a couples day at the spa where you two could enjoy massages and then maybe nice night out on the town. Believe me, coming from her husband who actually did not forget his anniversary, nothing could be cheesy.

I work in bethel ct and went to my spanish class tonight at the middle school in danbury. I know danbury like the back of my hand...there are a trazillion things to do for a first anniversary around here!!!!!

you have the river boat boat cruises..CAMELOT on the CT river...maybe a tad early now

you have the 2 casinos and the shows they put on all the time

you have several play houses within an hours drive ,..that dont even include NYC

you have all of westchester ny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could spend a whole night trying to decide!!!!!!!

try going up to a ski resort on the catskills and just have dinner over a fire,

they have wine tours all over the place up here.

they have all kinds of places to listen to music..jazz, classical, rock, blues

man if you live 1 hour from NYC and cant find anything to do on an oocasion like this......you need ................ok Ill skip that part ha ha ha ha

take her to a play at the Bardovan Opera house in Poughkeepsie NY....

theres also an opera house on the CT river..goodspeed, it may be in or near Haddam

ridgefield has a play house..smaller scale and closer to home!!!

The ARCH resturant in brewster ny!!!...very upity...wont go there much, but at least you will have gone once!!!

also there is a killer resturant in Purdys NY that tons of famous people like to visit.....PURDYS is very small cant miss it!.....the resturant is on old 22 and the road that comes down from the resevior!!!!
