Sorry for the title of the post.

Has anyone in Santiago ever heard of Univer Jobs? It's some kind of agency that gets contract work for Dominicans in the Orlando FL area.

I know someone that wants to come here to work and the person is using this agency as a means to do that. The program is worth $2,800 USD. They prepare "all the paper work" and take you to the US embassy for the visa appointment date. According to my friend you pay half the money before you go to the counselate and then half after they give you the visa. If you don't get the visa they reimburse you half of the money you paid upfront.

This seems VERY suspect. That is the reason why I'm asking if anyone has ever heard of this before.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds Like a Scam To ME!!!!!!!!!!

Why do they need Dominicans from the DR in Orlando? They are already available all over Florida!
The program "COSTS",2,800 dollars! No way to tell how much it is "Worth"!

Not much I will BET!
There are similar Programs in all the newspapers in the USA.
"Overseas Employment Opportunities"
is usually the banner headline.
They take your money and give you a book of address for international companies!
I have a "RULE"....NEVER Give A Dominican Money, if you do not immediately receive the "Goods",or "Services" you are paying for!!!!

No "I'll Pay You Next Week"!
