    this is called creating a buzz, even if there ain't/isn't/ain't ---
    --even if one does not exist.

    the referenced articles state:

    "At February Point on Great Exuma in the Bahamas, turnkey packages heavy on mahogany or wicker cost between $65,000 and $85,000"

    There is a 'typo' in here - it should read "between $650,000 and $850,000"

    At the stated prices I'd have bought two or three....

    I believe that they are quoting furniture/furnishings prices not house prices.
