Terramar Estates has had property for sale for the last 14 years that I am aware of. I have only passed by & seen it from the Puerto Plata Sosua road but I have seen little developement of that area over those 14 years. May I suggest going into the archives & doing a search with the keywords 'Terramar Estate'? I think you will find a few interesting & informative posts by doing that.
Please keep investigating which property to buy & through whom for another 6 months or so - it will save you long term to delay until you know "who", "what", "where" & "why". ~ Grahame
