Hi,

This is my first post here. I'm going to be purchasing a furnished condo in the Sosua Cabarete area and want to rent it out for most of the year.

I am looking for recommendations for reliable, trustworthy management companies that can take care of the property as I will be an absentee landlord.

Any other suggestions, tips, or comments would be appreciated.

I think your best bet is to let me housesit your condo when you aren't here. At least I won't destroy the place or steal the rent money. I promise I'll find other living accommodations when you're in town.

Rental Management

I was told by a friend that Amber Guardian is honest, efficient and reliable. Their website breaks down charges.

I can also recommend Hispaniola Real Estate, Bigi or Werner. They have been managing my maintenance and rentals for over a year in 2 villas. I would recommend them although I've heard good things about Amber Guardian too.
