Can't Log Into Chat?

I am having difficulty logging into the chat function - when I enter my username and password it says 'user name taken'??

Anyone know what's up?

I think the error you were seeing on your PC is because you haven't got Jave installed? I seem to remember getting that once before on my old laptop.....and that was the reason.....maybe you should try downloading it?

I could be wrong though!
