Does anyone know the website for Ocean One Place in Sosua or the telephone number to contact. Thank you for your information in advance.

Ocean One Place
http://www.oneoceanplace.com/ is their website, but it appears to be inoperative. I obtained this phone number from a Google search: 809 571 3131.
It was my understanding that One Ocean Place was to be renovated/converted to Condos at some point. There was some sort of "transition" of management/ownership. I do not know the details.

I was in Sosua late October, 2005 and One Ocean Place is no longer. It is under new management. The new name is ApartHotel Nuevo Mundo. I was able to get a room for the night but relocated the next day. Nuevo Mundo does not like guests to visit.
As Tamborista mentioned, and I got the same feeling, the old One Ocean is making a transistion to either a "family" aparthotel or condo.
