He was photographed Friday afternoon following a meeting with German architects Lars Kruckeberg and Wolfram Putz at a hotel in the capital's colonial district. The architects had previously refurbished Pitt and girlfriend Angelina Jolie's house in Los Angeles.
Its goin' rain!
But Brad, Mr. Pitt, made a mandatory must but vite fly-over over by Bavaro Carnival; '...you know those Germans;' Mr. P commented, '..you don't join their party, they'll come get ya!'

Hollywood's hottest couple are planning to tie the knot this Easter at a hideaway home Brad has had built in the Dominican Republic.
They fell in love with the Caribbean island during a lengthy stay there last year while Angelina, 31, filmed The Good Shepherd.
It had been reported they were due to wed in the Bahamas.
But the Daily Star Sunday can confirm this was a smokescreen set up by the couple to throw the paparazzi off course.
A close friend of Angelina said last night: "While they were in the Dominican Republic, Brad bought a huge tract of land and helped to design a fabulous house.

Brad, 43, also bought Angelina a "promise ring" on the island made from larimar, a blue volcanic mineral, for GBP 20.
And during their stay, they even went through a tribal "marriage" ceremony.
Her friend said:
"That cheap ring is one of her most precious possessions and the tribal ceremony was a zany affair.
"She says their stay in the Dominican Republic was the most romantic time of her life. They vowed then that when it came time for a real wedding that's where it would be - and they are sticking to that."

The friend added: "Pax and Maddox are old enough to be page boys and it's always been Angie's dream that this wedding will be a true family affair."
