I find it ridiculous that in the news from Friday there are two seperate headings: 1) DR to recieve 300 million in aid from Europe
2) Cost of drill for metro undisclosed, but the government covered the cost.
Do the priorities seem a slighty out of whack? How many schools, hospitals and children could have been helped with the money from the drill.
Until the govenment gets its priorieties straight, they will continue to spin their wheels and go nowhere. I'm not holding my breath.
