i'm going start looking for some agricultural terain where i can build my finca
these are the basic criteria
-Relative good soil doesn't have to be prime soil but not to much 'rubish' in it
-At commuting distance of a good school for a 13 year old
-Not at the seaside - prefere inland
-Not to expencive
-Must have (small) river on it for electricity production
- No need for connections to utillities such as water/electricity
The idea is to get a selfsufficient finca capable off producing food en energy necessary for it's inhabitants (My grandfather would be proud off me seeing to write this)
Shoot where are good places to start searching
