Has anyone bought or reserved a piece of land in Residencial Hispaniola in Sosua. I ve been there a few times but wondering how fast it will develop. Any insights is appreciated.
Eric, take a look at americanrealtydr.com. They show a map of the development with the number of lots sold to date. It looks like it is a amazing success so far with 23 lots sold already. Werner seems to have a winner with this project.
Wayne, I agree it seems to be a very nice project but when I was there in march, there was no action there except 1 house being built. I am not one to invest until there is a lot of action in a project. That s my only concern.
We will be going to the DR the end of July, will let you know if I see any other activity. With the number of lots sold there should be several houses under construction.
