Are Asuncion And Luis Midence Still Connected To The Pucmm?

I am thinking that Hillbilly may be luis midence himself

25 years ago I met Asuncion and Luis while serving as a peace Corps volunteer in Moncion.

My daughter is a sophomore at georgetown university and will be studying at PUCMM this summer.

So I had hoped to go by and say hi to the Midences when my wife and i come down in July.
