For all those who are willing to vote in the upcoming election.

Does anyone know if you HAVE to be a Dominican Citizen or will the PDL fly anyone who agrees to vote?? DUH!

is that a joke? First of all its PLD (not PDL) and secondly, you have to be a citizen of this country to vote. 3rd, I doubt they will fly you here for free unless you gurantee a 1000 votes from your family and friends, workers etc.
